Cancellation and Modifications
You may choose to cancel your order until it is not shipped. Once we ship the order, it won’t be possible for us to cancel it. The amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the respective bank account once we successfully cancel it.
No, the shipping address can't be changed once the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Once the period has passed, we won’t be able to allow any return or refund for the order received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered.
Please note that the original and return shipping fee will not be credited upon return. Please allow us upto 7 working days to process the return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if the order is approved or rejected for refund.
We won’t be able to accept returns for products that have been used, torn in any way and have the tags removed. We will ship the said product back to you in such circumstances. Merchandise sold during special sale events or promotions are not returnable and such items will be sent back to you if you return them despite the policy.
There is a Return Form available on our website. You need to download it and fill in all required information post that. Once this step is done, pack the item in the same packet we delivered it in along with the bill.
